It has come to our attention that regarding the "Non-Slip Deck Shoes" that we have been selling since March 2024, there is a possibility that some of the products contain products with interrupted wave pattern cuts on the underside of the outsole, or products with no cuts at all.

The cut is interrupted midway (or the cut is uneven)

No cuts (or lines but shallow cuts)

Good condition (complete with cuts)

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but if you have the product, please send it to the following address by cash on delivery.

After our inspection, if we find a defect, we will send you a replacement product.

Please note that it will take some time to improve the quality and reproduce the good products. We will contact you as soon as we know the date for shipping the replacement product.
